"2008 is apparently not only an Olympics year, but capitalismandschizophrenia.org has proclaimed 2008 2A Year of A Thousand Plateaus," dedicated to the collective study of Gilles Deleuze’s and Félix Guattari’s ‘book’ by the same name (book here appears within inverted commas as a precaution, since the writers themselves did not like to apply the word book to what they saw as an altogether different thing).
